Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Developer to join our team with the potential to move into the CTO role as we grow.
As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping the technological direction of myAgent. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely, make significant contributions, and grow with the company. Initially, compensation will be equity-based, with potential for salary as we secure funding and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of MyAgent’s technology strategy.
Oversee all aspects of the company’s technology development, including architecture, design, and deployment.
Work collaboratively with the founding team to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
Utilise full-stack development expertise to build, test, and deploy scalable applications.
Explore and integrate low/no code development tools to enhance productivity and accelerate development timelines.
Mentor and manage any additional developers or tech-related team members as the company grows.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure myAgent remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development technologies.
Experience with low/no code development tools and platforms.
High energy and enthusiasm for working with an early-stage startup.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-management and organisational skills.
Willingness to work for equity in the short term, with the potential for future salary as the company grows.
Preferred Skills:
Experience or an interest in the real estate industry or related fields.
An entrepreneurial mindset.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
